Dealer Account Re-Assignment Policy

Windstream's Dealer Program is focused on the acquisition of new customer accounts.  From time to time, a dealer may become engaged with an existing customer needing assistance with their services. 

In order for an account to be considered for re-assignment to the dealer's base, it must meet the following criteria:

 

  • Multi-location with single decision maker
  • Must be a 60% incremental increase in MRR
  • Account must meet minimum MRR of $500 after uplift
  • Currently unassigned to a dealer in good standing or an active account representative
  • Federal, State, and Local Government Accounts are not eligible for transfer
  • Wholesale customers are not eligible for transfer

These reassignments/upsells are not available for the dealer upfront spiffs.  They will be transferred as residual only.
